My lecture on Failure Management

Dec,20,2008 :The Management of Cochin College of Marine Technology Invited me for a lecture on 'Failure Management'.K.Babu M.LA inagurated the function.

LIFE IS LIFE....

ONE PARAGRAPH THAT EXPLAINS LIFE!

Arthur Ashe, the legendary Wimbledon player was dying of AIDS which he got due to infected blood he received during a heart surgery in 1983.
From world over, he received letters from his fans, one of which conveyed: "Why does GOD have to select you for such a bad disease"?
To this Arthur Ashe replied:
"The world over -- 50 million children start playing tennis, 5 million learn to play tennis,
500,000 learn professional tennis, 50,000 come to the circuit, 5000 reach the grand slam,
50 reach Wimbledon, 4 to semi final, 2 to the finals,
when I was holding a cup I never asked GOD 'Why me?'.
And today in pain I should not be asking GOD 'Why me?' "

Sorrow keeps you Human,
Failure keeps you humble and Success keeps you glowing, but only Faith & Attitude Keeps you going...

Be happy though you are cracked...

An elderly woman had two large pots, each hung on the ends of a pole, which she carried across her neck.

One of the pots had a crack in it while the other pot was perfect and always delivered a full portion of water. At the end of the long walks from the stream to the house, the cracked pot arrived only half full.

For two years this went on daily, with the women bringing home only one and a half pots of water. The cracked pot ashamed of its own imperfection, and miserable that it could only do half of it had been made to. Finally, one day it spoke to the women, ‘’I am ashamed of myself’’, because this crack in my side causes water to leak out all the way back to your home’’.

The old women smiled, ‘did you notice that there are flowers on your side of the path, but not on the other pot’s side? That’s because I have always known about your flaw, so I planted flower seeds on your side of the path, and every day while we walkback, you water them. For two years I have been able to pick these beautiful flowers to decorate my table. Without you being just the way you are, there would not be this beauty to grace this life.’’

Each one of us has our own unique flaw. But it’s the cracks and flaws we each have that make our life together so very interesting and rewarding.

We have just got to take each person for what he/she is and look for the good in him or her.

success is never final

Success is never permanent..
failure is never final...
So always do not stop effort....
until your victory makes a History !!!

My dream ...my life...My New Book...transform failures into success

I thought of a new book since when i realized the importance of failures that happened in my life.

Now i am working in a british firm as their human resource training manager,i thought it would be difficult for me to write a new book along with my busy schedule.So I took 2 Months off from my current job and started this book'How to transform failures into Success'.
Every where ,every one always talking about succes,there are numerous books available in every corners of the world regarding how to be successful,its only about successes,nobody is considering failures though ,out of 100 incidents in an average human's life 90 of them are failures.We are celebrating the remaining 10 victories and considers every failures as dirty and untouchable.But I believe every failures are success if we can use them profitably and wisely.
I have a small question to my readers,Are you dare to fail?,the same question which is asked to Arundhadhi Roy after the completion of her graduation by her uncle.If you dare to answer this question with an YES answer,here I predict your future,yes you have the courage to attract great victories in your life.

This book is written for those who believe in the beauty of their dreams and want to fullfill the real meaning of life.The malayalam version is published by rainbow books,English and Tamil Versions will hit in the Market soon.
